Pick up Policy
DECEMBER 2020 UPDATE: In preparation for Daz major surgery there will be absolutely no pickups whatsoever till the surgery and the recovery completed. You can stop reading this policy now. This notice will be removed in February.
From time to time, DazMode allows local customers to pick up their products right from our warehouse. The “Warehouse Pickup” will display as an option at the checkout page during the times that this service is available.
To minimize personal contact and to adhere to Social Distancing guidelines, the pick up will take place exclusively from the loading dock located at the back of our office. We will diligently maintain a minimum distance of 2m during these interactions, so wearing a mask is under the discretion of the customer.

How parts pick up works:
- The customer places the order and waits for DazMode’s confirmation that their order is ready and that there are no issues with availability due to (rare) inventory errors.
- Pick up time is mutually agreed upon between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm Mon-Fri
- The customer arrives at the loading dock at the back (not the front) and rings the bell.
- The customer presents Photo ID with the same name and address as in the order.
- The customer verifies their order’s accuracy and signs a document confirming that they’ve picked up their order.
- The customer happily drives away.
What not to do:
- Show up without an appointment.
- Coming unprepared without a photo id confirming the name and billing address that precisely matches the order.
- Ask more than three watercooling questions unrelated to the order.
- Ask for office access for any reason.
