The easiest and simplest thing you can do is verify you are filtering the shop root catalog and not a specific category or search result. The quickest way to-do this is to look at the breadcrumbs!
The breadcrumbs help you quickly see where on the site you are – and navigate quickly to parent pages. As you can see in the above image – we are on a shop category archive, and therefor have different filters (or missing) available then if we were at the catalog root. This affect can be seen on the image below.
The easiest resolution is to return to the shop root view by clicking the Shop link in the breadcrumb.
Catalog searching is also available using the search box in the sites header (footer on mobile) – the filters work in conjunction with your search query to help further refine your search result. Using both tools together can help you quickly and easily find what you are looking for
