Shipping

Where do you ship from and do you charge for shipping ?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Customers pay shipping costs automatically calculated from the total weight/size of all items in the shopping cart. This is rated by the UPS and Canada Post web based rating service. We neither subsidize or charge extra on shipping cost.

What s that mean with exception event of my order?

There is an issue with processing your order.

You need to respond to e-mail from customer service.

My shipment has not arrived and my tracking number says it has already been delivered how can I find my order?

Canada Post is notoriously known for premature status updates. Wait at least 24h to make sure it is not the case.

IF you have still not recieved your parcel the next day, please contact Customer Service for opening service ticket with CP.

Do not forget to ask your family members if box was delivered to them!




I want to order thermal pad, but the shipping prices appear to be wrong -- the system wants to charge me $11.54

The minimum parcel weight charged by Canada Post is 1kg and 1lb. by UPS, please plan your order accordingly.

Unfortunately lettermail shipments are not offered.

How will I know if my package is shipped?

When your order is shipped; you will receive an e-mail notification and your order status will be changed to 'Shipped'.

You may review your order status under order history.

How come shipping prices are so high; even to Canadian customers?

We do not subsidize or charge extra on shipping.

Your shipping charge is the same rate we receive from the Canada Post or UPS web based rating system determined by the content of your order.

Insurance coverage is mandatory for all orders.

How can I track my order ?

Please login into your account and click on your order details. You will find your tracking number there. Simply click on the tracking number to open a webpage that will show you your tracking progress.

 

Attention USA and International based customers:

Canada Post Small Packet parcels have no-tracking! If you require tracking, please select other shipping options.

 

Does UPS charges a fee at the door upon delivery?

WITHIN CANADA - NO 

There is no additional charge for Canadian based customers. DazMode is a Canadian company therefore shipping is local.

OUTSIDE CANADA - YES

US based customers with orders over $200USD must pay a UPS brokerage cross-border charge(directly to UPS). Please, contact UPS for exact details at 1-800-PICK-UPS.

International customers need to contact thier local UPS store for domestic rules.

 

 

 

Do you ship to USA and Internationally?

Yes, we have many happy customers from the USA and occasionaly serve customers outside North America.

We ship through Canada Post and UPS. Please note that small packet parcels have no tracking numbers. Ground service may take up to 3 months to remote locations such as Australia and Asia as well as up to 2 months to Latin America. 

 

Do you combine multiple orders?

Yes, we combine shipping cost for multiple un-shipped orders based on the customers request. Please make a comment of this under Order Notes.

If there are no comments made, we still make an effort to combine shipping costs for your convenience.


Payments

What Credit Cards are accepted at your store?

VISA and Mastercard are accepted for Canadian customers.

International customers may pay with Paypal.

It won't let me use my Credit Card on YOUR site. I know my card is good!

The vast majority of clients who experience issues with their VISA or Mastercard payments have payment transaction authorization  declined by their own bank as a security precaution againts fraud. 

If you are certain that there are no mistakes in your Credit Card number; expiry date and verification code entries, and you receive “payment can not be processed” error. Please call your Credit Card issuer at the 1-800 number located on the back of your card, and ask to autorize DazMode's charge. You only need to make this call one time as your subsequent purchases will be authorized automatically.

NOTE: You do not need to make a new order if your payment is not going through due to the problem above. Simply re-submit your payment information for the pending order on your account page after resolving the issue with your bank.

Is there any way to split payments between 2 options in the same order?

No, the splitting of a payment is not supported. A single source of payment is required.

You may however, purchase a Gift Certificate first with one payment menthod, use it towards your purchase, then use a second payment method for the remainder of the order.

 

Is there a way to change payment type from PayPal to Credit Card? When going to "Pay for order", it doesn't give the option to re-select.

Committed, unpaid orders can be edited by site administrator only. Contact customer servive to change your payment method.

After change the is made, you may re-login to your account and complete payment with a new payment method.


How do I pay with EMT?

EMT (Interac e-mail money transfer) is only available for Canadian customers who bank with  Interac e-Transfer participants.

EMT checkout payment is a three step process.

  • Checkout from DazMode store with the 'EMT payment' option selected.
  • Login into your webbanking and send the EMT to the e-mail address you recived from DazMode's order notification form.
  • E-mail us with the password you have chosen so we can accept your payment.

After your payment is recieved, you order payment status will change to 'Paid' by customer service manually and you will recieve a confimation e-mail.

Please note that our parts reservation(inventory record change) takes place only when your order is converted to paid. It is recommended to send payment without delay. 

 

 


Special Order Products

Can I order ANYTHING with your custom order program?

We offer special ordering for rare items from our existing vendors list only.Minimum order quantity may apply for some items.

The most popular items are:

  • EKWB ( ETA 2 weeks),
  • Koolance (ETA 3-4 weeks)
  • Bitspower (ETA 1-2 months)
  • All other brands - contact customer service

 

"By special order" - what does it mean?

If an item in the store is marked with "by special order" within the title, it means that we do not stock it as our regular inventory (typically due to very small demand), but we can special order it for you from the vendor.

Most popular EKWB items are usually available within 2 weeks. In most cases no pre-payment is required.

 

 

 


Ordering

What is DazMode's order processing time?

Orders are shipped within 48h (or less) Monday-Friday excluding Canadian Holidays and pre-annonced Store Closure dates.

Our daily scheduled parcel pick up is 2 p.m. EST, therefore orders placed after 12 p.m.EST are rarely sent the same day.

Is there a way to change payment type from PayPal to Credit Card? When going to "Pay for order", it doesn't give the option to re-select.

I have placed my order. When should I expect updates about its current status?

You can review your current order status by logging into your Account on DazMode store or by monitoring e-mail nitifications.

Orders are shipped within 48h(or less), Monday-Friday excluding Canadian holidays and pre-announced Store Closures dates. 

 

 

 

 

I cancelled order #***** by mistake. I can resubmit it?

E-mail customer service with your order # and your order will be re-instated. 

If your order has already been refunded (status 'CANCELLED'), simply make a new order.

Can somebody check my order list for mistakes, before I place it?

Yes, we happy to provide our customers with advice as often as possible. Simply e-mail your shopping cart content or phone us to discuss your options. Also, we put in our best effort to look for obvious inconsistencies or incompatibilities for any placed order prior to shipping.

NOTE: Due to limited man power, we cannot perform GPU compatibility research for our customers (please use EK watercooling configurator tool , it is easy to use); or advice on suitability of your specific computer case model to fit a particular part.

Can I remove items from my placed order?

We accept requests for removing items from paid, but not yet shipped orders. If your order status indicates that the item is “shipped” it is too late to make a change.

Request must be in writing by e-mail. This benefit is provided at no charge and on our “best effort” basis.

 

Can I add items to an already placed order?

No, unfortunately we cannot add any items to paid orders. Please make a new order for any additional products you may need.

We can however, if time permits, ship your orders together. Simply make a note of the previous order number on your secondary order, and you will be refunded for the second shipping.

Please note, that we process all pending refunds ones or twice a week, please refrain from sending us e-mails with demands of immediate refund. If you cannot wait a few days, do not make your secondary order.

 


Store Policies

What are Rewards Points for?

Rewards Point are our way of thanking you for your support!

With every paid and shipped order you earn Reward Points that may be used as a cash discount on any subsequent purchases. In order to use your Reward Point please follow a link on the first page of checkout.

 

 

If I buy multiple $5 gift certificates at once will I get multiple codes worth $5 or 1 code worth the total amount?

You will recieve your total amount through credits to your account.

Store credits are in the form of 'Rewards Points', which are applied to your DazMode account. Therefore there are no 'coupon discount codes' but rather 'Reward Points' that may be used as the discount.

If the Reward Points are intended as a gift, please make a note of this in the comment section of your order.

How often are items re-stocked?

There is no universal answer for this question. Particular vendor items are re-ordered when the following criteria is met:

  • We meet minimum order quantity enforced by manufacturer
  • Shipping overhead is reasonable against order value

 

Approximate re-ordering statistics:

  • EKWB, Koolance – Every 2 weeks
  • BP, DarkSide   – Every 1-2 months 
  • All other vendors –  No firm ETA
  • Aquacomputer - Rediculous 4-6 months!

Warehouse Pick up

Can I pickup my order?

At this time local pick up is offered only for orders with a total over $300 before taxes. Pick up is by appontment only on Mon-Fri.

There is no exceptions, if you unable meet our order minimum, do not ask for pick up.

Photo ID with billing address is required upon pick up.

Can you build my WC computer for me?

Occasionally we build custom high-end systems to show a case project on our YouTube channel. Rules available HERE.

We also can recommend a reputable computer builder for you. Contact customer service for more information.
