You and Dazmode agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Dazmode. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change by Dazmode at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Dazmode.
The Web site may allow you to purchase many different types of products and services online that are provided by DazMode’s on-line store. Your receipt of an electronic form or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Your submission of an order to us shall be deemed to constitute an offer to purchase, which shall remain open for a reasonable time, unless we agree otherwise, and will be deemed to be accepted by us only upon shipment of the order. DazMode, in its sole discretion, reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Dazmode must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) and/or service(s) ordered is due prior to shipment.
Acceptable forms of payment are EMT (Interac e-mail money transfer), Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Dazmode Gift Certificate. All payments will be made in Canadian Dollars.
All on-line transactions are processed through secure payment gateway and SSL encrypted.

You acknowledge and agree that the price of the Products and Services is subject to change without notice and that the Products and Services are subject to availability.
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Dazmode.com does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. International product delivery could be delayed due to Customs.
Shipping is by Canada Post, Fedex and UPS (selected by Customer at check out). Estimated delivery date is for general guidance only ( as best case scenario).
Dazmode.com does not cross-ship.
Promo Codes (Coupons)
Dazmode.com may sometimes issue an alphanumeric code that can be used for promotions on our web site. These promotional codes may be found in online advertisements, sent via email to our Newsletter. Some of the specials offered by entering a Promo Code during checkout include free shipping, volume discounts or free gifts. Promo Codes are not redeemable for cash and you must spend more than the discount price in order for a promotion to be applied. For example, if a Promo Code offered $5.00 off your next purchase, you would need to spend more than $5.00 to redeem your discount.
Dazmode offers customer loyalty Reward Points program. Points are awarded at the pre-defined rate for each dollar spent. Points will be calculated by reference to the net (purchase price less discounts) pre-tax total. In case of a product returns Reward Points will be deducted from the Customer’s balance. Points expire after 360 days. Earned Rewards Points may be redeemed at pre-defined rate of “100 points = $1” at order checkout.
Dazmode will not be liable or responsible in any manner for any tax consequences which may flow from any participation in the Reward Points Program by Customer. Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, purchased or given by gift. Points cannot be sold, traded, bartered, rented or otherwise disposed of.
Dazmode may restrict, suspend or otherwise alter any aspect of Reward Points Program, without notice. Upon suspension or termination of the Rewards Points Program for any reason whatsoever, Dazmode will have no liability therefore to any Customer and is automatically released from all claims by Customer in respect of such suspension, termination, forfeiture of Reward Points, redemption of Points or otherwise in respect of such suspension or termination.

Dazmode ships new items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer or distributor and does not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise.
Any used items sold in “DazModeLab Surplus” section are pre-tested.
Refund Policy and Returns
- All requests are submitted trough DazMode’s on-line store.
- A return authorization number is required for all returns.
- UNUSED, ORIGINAL SEAL PACKAGED merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a partial refund. Customer agrees to pay 15% restocking fee on any returned merchandise.
- Customer agrees that USED AND/OR OPEN BOX WATERCOOLING EQUIPMENT is not returnable and are not refundable;
- Any custom cut products such as tubing (hose), cable sleeving and etc. are not returnable or refundable;
- Any Cooling Liquids are not returnable or refundable;
- Any refunds excludes original shipping;
- The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned products, including any shipping charges. Customer agrees to use only reputable carries capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
Limited Warranty, Canada
If any product in your order:
- is not functioning properly upon arrival (DOA items);
- is not the product you have ordered as result of manufacturer packaging error;
- is not the product you have ordered due to order processing error by Dazmode fulfillment;
please fill RMA form at DazMode store (but not later than 30 days from purchase date) for assistance. All RMA request must be in writing, no phone calls or voice mail messages. To return a product you will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned byDazmode. Mistakenly send items must be in original sealed packaging to be allowed for return for replacement. Open box items are not returnable, except DOA items.
All return are subject to product inspection and warranty claim approval by Dazmode staff upon arrival. Dazmode.com will return rejected warranty claim product back to the customer at the customer’s expense only. Abandoned items will be recycled after 30 days from arrival date.
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, the RMA Procedure will be breached and Dazmode.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
RMA exchange is for the same exact item only. Dazmode.com reserve the right to issue refund for RMA’ed item in case it is no more available.
You agree to pay for all shipping charges for returning the any product to us, with exception of items send by Dazmode’s mistake. Returning items mistakenly send by DazMode must be send by least expensive ground postal service, any upgrades to faster service or to courier service will not be compensated and customer agrees to bear all excessive cost of such upgrade.
Repaired/Replaced RMA items will be shipped back to you Free, but only after recieving and approving RMA’ed item, no exceptions.
When you purchase any product from Dazmode.com , you are entitled to its manufacturer’s warranty against defective merchandise. Contact them directly for assistance regarding their products past 30 days from your purchase date. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace them in accordance with their own policies. Please contact the respective manufacturer for additional details.
DazMode branded products have store’s 1 year repair and replacement warranty.
Limited Warranty, International orders
Dazmode.com will provide limited warranty to international customers at the same terms as Canada, with exception of that Customer agrees to pay ALL SHIPPING charges, including costs of sending replacement products back.
Physical Damage and Product Temper Policy
Physical or chemical damage to any product purchased at Dazmode.com will effectively void the manufacturer’s warranty coverage. Dazmode.com will return any physically or chemically damaged product back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Tempered products are not covered with manufacturer warranty.vRestocking Fee A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. No refunds after 30 days.Technical Support Dazmode.com does not offer any sort of formal technical assistance. Any advice on compatibility of items, product recommendations or technical support is provided on “Best Effort” basis. All information is offered for information purposes only and does not carry any liability whatsoever.
Pre-orders and custom orders
Dazmode.com offers custom product orders for some rare items or out of stock items. Please, contact customer service.
Dazmode.com does not sell back-ordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith sell to a customer. If you are erroneously charged for an out-of-stock item, we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. We always consult with customer first on the best way to address the problem.
Dazmode will keep you informed of your order status via order history updates. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your order has been accepted and shipped.
You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been shipped. Change request are being sent in writing through e-mail only. Change order service is offered on “Best Effort” basis and is not guaranteed. Phone support is not offered for order changes.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Dazmode and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the Ontario, Canada without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Dazmode more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
Severability: If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions hereof , and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Ontario law.
Waiver: The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect in any way the first party’s right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with Dazmode ‘s invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Dazmode and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Dazmode and Customer relating to the subject products , whether oral or written . This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
